biography
Chief Apostle James L. Newton is a native of Oklahoma, uniquely chosen by God to be an end-time Apostle. Chief Apostle James L. Newton is the Pastor and Founder of Another Chance International Outreach Ministries (ACOM), located in the city of Lawton, Oklahoma. The ministry of Another Chance is to develop the body of believers in the five-fold ministry and intelligently reveal the mind of God concerning His people on the earth. It is truly a ministry whose conception and growth are through prayer, consecration, and obedience to the voice of God. The principal focus of the ministry is prophetic teaching, miracles of healing, deliverance, and restoration to the original purpose of God; which
was for every man to walk in dominion (Gen.1:26).

Apostle Newton's educational accolades are a Bachelors's and Masters's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Administrative Concepts. Apostle Newton also holds an additional Master of Science in Leadership and He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Educational Leadership.

Apostle Newton's vein in ministry is that of the Prophetic. Because of the intense prophetic anointing on the Apostle's life, He was led by the Holy Ghost to begin a prophetic school called, Elijah School of the Prophets; whose primary currency is to train those whom God has called to the office of a prophet to speak wisely the mind of/ God and demonstrate integrity for the office of the prophetic.

“The Apostle” currently serves as the Prophetic Covering and Apostolic Father to several ministries in the United State and around the globe. Under His global ministry, He serves as the Presiding Prelate of Prophetic Judah Kingdom International. Prophetic Judah Kingdom’s demonstration of the Prophetic and Praise brings deliverance to all who have the privilege to be a part of these apostolic gatherings.

Apostle Newton not only is committed to producing sons and daughters through his role as a true Apostolic Father but his spiritual heritage stems from his Apostolic Father; the late Chief Apostle C.E. White, founder of Life in Jesus Ministry, based in Atlanta GA. Words of wisdom that the Apostle passes on to his sons and daughters, and those that he covers are to “Obey God”. These words have become a way of life that has taken the Apostle deeper in his God-given assignment and have yielded him the fruit of being one of the most sought-after accurate Prophets of our time.

Authority, obedient, powerful, compassionate, life-altering, and kingdom-minded are just a few words to express the experience one might have while in the presence of Apostle Newton. His ministry is one that authentically exemplifies true demonstration of the kingdom of God and true Apostolic Order.

Apostle Nyjah N. Newton, a native of Boston, Massachusetts, is the wife of Chief Apostle James L. Newton, Pastor, and founder of Another Chance International Outreach Ministries, Inc. Elect Lady Newton has been charged to the office of Apostleship alongside her husband in ministry where their mandate is to demonstrate and establish the awesomeness of Gods Kingdom through operation in the five-fold ministry.

Loyal to the vision of the ministry, she supports her husband by executing a diversity of functions within the ministry to ensure that his God-given mandate can be fulfilled. She has the same prominence in ministering as her husband and Pastor, which are for the kingdom of God to be exemplified through the lives of God's people and within the earth realm. Lady Newton currently holds a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education and a Masters's degree in Educational Leadership. Aside from teaching, she works hand in hand with the Apostle in nurturing their local body.
Lady Newton is the overseer of Total Woman Ministry, an extension of Another Chance International Outreach Ministries, Inc. Through this ministry, she imparts that being complete in the absence and presence of all is the key to being successful in ministry. She knows from experience that when you maintain the realm of peace and wholeness that God has ordained for all of His people, then and only then can you provoke that same completeness within others. She has a heart for women of all ages and all walks of life. For she knows that just as with the woman with the issue of blood said within herself, if I may but touch the hem of his garment, I shall be made whole. (Matthew 9:21) that it can happen for them as well. This ministry has hosted several successful conferences that have brought change to both men and women. She can be found hosting functions that cultivate the whole women within the local ministry and in those ministries that she and the Apostle mentor.
An example of Integrity, intellectual soundness, virtue, and calm, the First Lady is highly esteemed by those whom she labors with. Her ministry displays a uniqueness that can only be experienced by being in her presence.
